Digital DNA Tourism is going on a road trip! The Digital DNA Tourism Roadshow, delivered in partnership with Tourism NI, empowers Northern Ireland’s tourism and hospitality sector to utilise digital technology to reach a wider audience and ultimately grow their business.

Digital DNA has again teamed up with The Tomorrow Lab who will deliver the expert content in five venues across Northern Ireland. The dedicated sessions have been tailored for the tourism and hospitality industry and informed by an industry wide Digital Audit.

An exclusive number of attendees will be provided with the opportunity to gain practical and relevant insight into the critical role of digital within tourism & hospitality related businesses and organisations.

The Schedule

8.30am – Registration & Breakfast

9.00 am – Introduction
Digital DNA in conjunction with Tourism NI will be assisting businesses and organisations involved in the tourism and hospitality sector to overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities presented by the continually evolving digital landscape.

9.15 am – The critical need to harness Digital
This session will:

  • Provide delegates with an understanding of the critical role that digital technology plays in the success and growth of business
  • Inspire and empower delegates to take the steps needed to further harness digital technologies

10.30am – Tea/Coffee

10.45am – Developing your Digital Strategy
This session will:

  • Ensure that delegates consider the need for an effective digital strategy aligned to the aims and objectives of their business
  • Provide delegates with an understanding of how they can better connect with customers through their web presence and an effective social media and content strategy aligned to business goals


12.30pm – Lunch & Networking with peers
