Can you describe your business?
Business Finance 365 is an independent brokerage company.
We work with over 250 lenders to find the best deals for our clients. Our clients are businesses or developers needing finance.
We provide lots of different business and commercial finance solutions, such as business loans, commercial mortgages, property development finance, bridging finance, asset finance and invoice finance.
We make the process easy for the client to get the best deal possible. We talk directly to the lenders on the clients behalf.
Why did you start your own business?
For 10 years, I have been working for few businesses across different industries. There was a point in my life in 2006 when I felt that I have an opportunity to take charge of my career and start living to my full potential.
I always had an interest in business management and felt that I was more than capable of running my own business and support people that are on the same journey as I am.
What are the best things about running your own business?
The best thing would be a freedom to do what I love. This means that I am not only running my own business, but I am also helping other businesses by supporting them in getting finance especially in current times when it is harder to get finance from high street banks.
I have a privilege to source the right finance product from the right lender to help local businesses to grow and thrive.
What are the main challenges facing the business?
Cashflow would be one of the main challenges facing the business. This is one of the things we are helping to support local business with everyday.
Brexit is a challenge now as well, as businesses are not sure what deal will be negotiated with EU (if there will be any). Quite a lot of businesses are putting plans on hold until they know exactly what is going on.
What advise wold you give to someone starting business?
Be brave and pursue your goals and dreams. Don’t be in a position in the future when you say, “I wish I had.”
