Tourism Leadership And Management Masterclass
Event to develop leadership skills in the tourism and hospitality sectorÂ
A recent study by Ulster University Business School, commissioned by Tourism NI, highlights a need for leadership and management within the tourism and hospitality sector.
As a result, Tourism NI are launching a series of Tourism Enterprise Development (TED) Programme Masterclasses.
This half day masterclass is open to all who recognise the need for development in this area and want to implement some practical, output focused interventions gleaned from experts in best practice both within and outside this sector.
Who should attend?
This event is open to anyone within the tourism and hospitality industry who wishes to develop the leadership and management skills within their organisation.
This includes:
- accommodation providers
- visitor attractions and experiences
- activity providers
- hospitality sector businesses e.g. restaurants and cafes
