Event to highlight business opportunities for craft industry, technologists and product designers in Northern Ireland

What does the future of the internet hold? We’ve moved from desktop internet to mobile phones and mobile internet – the next step is objects, clothing and buildings enabling us to communicate with them directly or enabling them to even bypass people entirely an communicate directly with each other.

Potential business opportunities

The Belfast Metropolitan College and Craft NI are running an event to highlight the potential business opportunities and the importance of collaboration for local businesses with the advance of mobile internet. The presentation will include case studies detailing where embracing mobile internet has been of benefit to organisations.

Event details

The Internet of Things event takes place on 22 March 2012 from 12.30 to 13.15 followed by lunch and networking opportunities at the Belfast Met Titanic Quarter Campus.
