Companies House is hosting an information day seminar covering the legal responsibilities of company directors & secretaries under the Companies Act 2006 legislation. The aim of the seminar is to help you:
- ensure that company officers and their advisors are familiar with the filing requirements of the Companies Act 2006
- discover how best to file your documents online
- provide advice on recent changes in legislation and the impact they may have on companies and their officers
- explain future developments
- find out how you can check your own company information online
