Brexit: Information Sessions On The EU Settlement Scheme

Events to provide information and guidance for businesses, EU citizens and community and voluntary groups on the EU Settlement Scheme

The UK Government has developed the EU Settlement Scheme for EU citizens living in the UK to apply for settled status for themselves and their family. Getting settled status means you can continue to live and work in the UK for as long as you like. You will not need to apply if you’re an Irish citizen or have indefinite leave to remain, but your family members from outside the UK and Ireland will.

The EU Settlement Scheme will open fully for applications by 30 March 2019. Find out more about the EU Settlement Scheme on our Brexit support for employers guide.

The Executive Office in partnership with the Home Office are coordinating a number of information sessions on the EU Settlement Scheme in various locations across Northern Ireland. A speaker from the Home Office will be at each event presenting information on the scheme and how to apply.
