HutZero 5 Applications Closing Soon
Apply now to take part in the leading cyber security accelerator programme
Following the application deadline on 17 July 2019, 20 candidates will be selected to join HutZero’s fifth cohort in August 2019.
Run by the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT) and CyLon, HutZero’s free two-stage programme connects 20 budding UK entrepreneurs with potential co-founders and a broad network of cyber and innovation experts.
Programme details
HutZero kicks off with an intensive five-day bootcamp at CyLon’s London premises offering workshops on:
- technical development
- business fundamentals
- team building
Cyber security experts and start-up gurus will deliver the curriculum, giving the guidance you need to get your idea off the ground.
After the London bootcamp, which will take place 19 – 23 August 2019, participants will be able to receive guidance and mentoring from HutZero staff and sponsors over a three-month period.
They will be encouraged to continue to work on their ideas in their newly formed teams, and invited to reunite for an alumni event at the end of the three months to share their successes.
Who can apply?
Any individual, at any stage of their career, with an interest in cyber security innovation can apply. Technical expertise is not a necessity for this programme. The organisers are looking for people who can demonstrate entrepreneurial flair and spirit, and who are committed to exploring a career in cyber security.
