Employability NI Employer Survey

Employer opinions sought on how the government could help support businesses with staff recruitment and retention

Employer survey on staff recruitment and retention

The Department for Communities (DfC) would like to understand how it could better support employers in sourcing the workforce they need through their Employability NI Employer Survey. The short survey aims to understand employer’s views on the current suite of staff recruitment and retention support offered, identify any gaps or new ideas that Government could put in place.
